Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NaturaDoc AI website, mobile experience and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a report, uploading data or making a payment, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and accept these Terms together with our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of the service
NaturaDoc AI provides AI-generated educational and informational health recommendations based on the data you submit. The Service is NOT a medical device, does NOT provide medical advice, does NOT diagnose any condition and does NOT prescribe any treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified physician with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
3. Limitation of liability
You are solely responsible for any decision you make about your health based on information provided by the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
4. Pricing and payment
The standard price for one personalised report is 59.90 ₪ (Israeli Shekels), payable through our payment provider Cardcom (PCI-DSS Level 1). All prices include applicable VAT. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if your report has not yet been generated. Once the report has been generated and delivered, the purchase becomes final, as the digital good has been fully consumed.
5. Prohibited use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service to diagnose or treat any third party; (b) rely on the Service in any medical emergency — if you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately; (c) use the Service on behalf of a minor without verifiable parental consent; (d) upload information about another identifiable person without their explicit consent; (e) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, resell or misuse the Service or its outputs.
6. Intellectual property
All content, software, design, prompts, models, trademarks and other materials used in the Service are owned by NaturaDoc AI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use your personal report for your own private, non-commercial purposes.
7. Account suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm to us or to other users.
8. Changes to the terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service.
